A path to feeling more like yourself
Therapy for children, teens, adults and families across the Inland Empire — in person in Rancho Cucamonga, Rialto and Moreno Valley, or by secure telehealth anywhere in California.
How it works
You can start where you are
You don't need to have it figured out before you call. Here is what taking the first step actually looks like.
Start where you are
Call us or send a message. You don't need a diagnosis, a referral letter or the right words — just tell us what's going on.
Find support that fits
We have twenty-one clinicians with different specialties, languages and styles. We'll talk through which of them fits what you're looking for.
Take the next step
We'll find a time that works, at the office you can reach or by telehealth, and go at a pace that suits you.

What we offer
Care matched to what you're facing
Adults Individual therapy
One-to-one support for anxiety, depression, stress, grief and life transitions.
Trauma EMDR therapy
An evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer trigger the same intensity. Commonly used for PTSD, single-incident trauma, panic and phobias.
Ages 3–12 Play therapy
Children often lack the words for big feelings, so they express them through play. A trained play therapist uses toys, art and stories to help a child process emotions and build coping skills.
Teens Child & adolescent therapy
Individual work for teenagers, and support for parents navigating it alongside them.
Together Couples & family counseling
Work through conflict, communication and change with the people it involves.
Psychiatry · new Medication support
Our Nurse Practitioner can meet with you, discuss your symptoms and help you understand your options — whether you're already in therapy with us or coming for psychiatric support alone. Comprehensive evaluations, medication management, ongoing monitoring, and collaboration with your therapist.
