What we offer
Find the right kind of support
Every person arrives somewhere different. We match you to a clinician trained for what you're actually facing.
Individual therapy
One-to-one support for anxiety, depression, stress, grief and life transitions.
EMDR therapy
An evidence-based approach that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories, commonly used for PTSD, single-incident trauma, panic and phobias.
Play therapy
Children often lack the words for big feelings. A trained play therapist uses toys, art and stories to help them process emotion and build coping skills.
Child & adolescent therapy
Individual work for teenagers, and support for parents navigating it alongside them.
Couples & family counseling
Work through conflict, communication and change with the people it involves.
Medication support
Psychiatric evaluation and medication management with our Nurse Practitioner, coordinated with your therapist.
New service
Not sure if medication is right for you?
You don't have to figure it out alone. Our Nurse Practitioner can meet with you, discuss your symptoms, answer your questions and help you understand your options — whether you're already in therapy with us or coming for psychiatric support alone.
- Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Medication evaluation and ongoing management
- Monitoring of symptoms, progress and effectiveness

“My first experience with therapy, and I've received such wonderful support from Alicia. Highly recommend for people thinking of getting into therapy for the first time. The staff are all amazing and the rooms are relaxing and cozy.”
“A very big thank you to Mrs. Valai, who helped me as a mother understand how to help my daughters — how to work with them, and helped my daughter learn to love herself. If you're looking for help, parents, this is the place.”
